1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an 8k8k Account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older;
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the platform, or are a Filipino national accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawfully permitted;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or account restriction imposed by 8k8k or any recognized gaming authority;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party — each Account must be registered in the name of, and used exclusively by, the individual whose identity has been verified through KYC;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of 8k8k or any affiliated gaming provider operating games on the platform.

8k8k reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension pending verification.

3 Account Registration & Verification

Each Player may hold one (1) registered Account only. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any of these details change.

KYC Verification is mandatory before any withdrawal from an 8k8k Account may be processed. Acceptable government-issued Philippine identification documents include:

• Philippine Statistics Authority National ID (PhilSys)
• Department of Foreign Affairs Passport
• Land Transportation Office Driver's License
• Social Security System (SSS) / Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Commission on Elections Voter's ID
• Philippine National Police Firearms License (where applicable)

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 8k8k will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your Account arising from your failure to adequately secure your login information. Notify 8k8k support immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access to your Account.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

All transactions on the 8k8k platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits may be made using the following approved payment methods:

• GCash — credited to your 8k8k wallet within seconds of a successful transaction;
• PayMaya (Maya) — credited instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider;
• BPI Online Banking — credited within 1–3 business hours subject to bank processing;
• BDO Online Banking — credited within 1–3 business hours subject to bank processing;
• Metrobank Online Banking — credited within 1–3 business hours subject to bank processing.

8k8k reserves the right to add, modify, or remove available payment methods at its discretion with reasonable prior notice. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.

By depositing funds into your 8k8k Account, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the payment instrument used and that the funds are from a legitimate source. 8k8k is required by applicable regulations to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine financial intelligence authorities.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering obligations.

• GCash / PayMaya: Target processing time within 2 business hours for verified accounts during standard banking hours (Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM Philippine Standard Time);
• Bank Transfer (BPI / BDO / Metrobank): Processing time of 1–2 business days;
• Withdrawals submitted on Philippine public holidays may experience processing delays;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page at the time of submission;
• 8k8k reserves the right to require additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it reasonably deems suspicious or unusual.

Withdrawal requests relating to bonus winnings are subject to the wagering requirements specified in Section 6 below. Funds that remain subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements have been met in full.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

8k8k offers bonuses, promotions, and special offers from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time of the offer. General principles applicable to all 8k8k bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance within your 8k8k Account and must be wagered the specified number of times before conversion to withdrawable funds;
• Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute to bonus wagering requirements — excluded games are listed in individual promotion terms;
• 8k8k reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice;
• Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of automated wagering patterns, account collusion, or exploiting system errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension;
• 8k8k's decision in all bonus-related disputes is final and binding.

7 Gameplay & Fair Play Standards

All games available on the 8k8k platform — including slots, live casino games, bingo, and specialty titles — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are independently audited on a periodic basis to confirm statistical compliance with published Return to Player (RTP) values.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including but not limited to server disconnection, game engine errors, or display glitches — 8k8k's internal game log is the definitive record of the session. If a malfunction results in an unclear game outcome, 8k8k will review the session logs and, where appropriate, credit or debit the Player's Account to reflect the technically correct outcome. Winnings arising directly from a technical error or malfunction are void and will not be paid.

Live dealer game decisions — including dealer draws, card reveals, and roulette wheel outcomes — are final once the round has been officially closed by the dealer. Disputes relating to live game outcomes must be raised with 8k8k support within 24 hours of the disputed round.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8k8k platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence to interact with any 8k8k game or service;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or unintended loopholes in any 8k8k game;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or unauthorized access to any other player's account;
• Using the platform in connection with any unlawful activity as defined under Philippine law, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), as amended;
• Assisting any person who is subject to self-exclusion from accessing the 8k8k platform;
• Sharing login credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to access your Account;
• Conducting charge-backs or payment reversals without prior engagement with 8k8k support;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward 8k8k staff or other players via any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 8k8k platform — including but not limited to the platform name, logo, interface design, game graphics, audio elements, software architecture, written text, promotional materials, and brand assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of 8k8k and/or its licensed third-party providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 8k8k platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. This license does not grant you the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any 8k8k content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any 8k8k software;
• Frame or mirror the 8k8k website on any other platform without written consent;
• Create derivative works based on any 8k8k intellectual property.

Unauthorized use of any 8k8k intellectual property may constitute a violation of Philippine intellectual property law and may result in civil or criminal liability.

10 Responsible Gaming

8k8k is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides the following tools to all registered Players free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit into your 8k8k Account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum net loss per session, per day, or per week. Once reached, access to real-money games is suspended for the defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Opt-in alerts appear after a defined period of continuous play — available at 30, 60, and 90-minute intervals;
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent suspension of your 8k8k Account. Temporary exclusions are available for periods of 30 days, 90 days, or 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. No reversal requests will be entertained during an active self-exclusion period;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders displaying your session duration and net win/loss position.

11 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8k8k shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss arising from interruption of service due to scheduled or emergency maintenance;
• Loss arising from internet connectivity issues outside 8k8k's control;
• Loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain password security;
• Loss arising from the outcome of any game — 8k8k does not guarantee any particular result or return on any wager placed.

The 8k8k platform and all games thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 8k8k endeavors to maintain continuous platform availability, temporary interruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, software updates, or circumstances beyond 8k8k's reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, or telecommunications failures.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by 8k8k's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

8k8k reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account — with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the circumstances — in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft;
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8;
• Receipt of a valid legal order from a Philippine regulatory authority, court, or law enforcement agency;
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant and subject to administrative fees or closure pursuant to 8k8k's dormant account policy.

Upon Account termination for cause, any bonus balances and wagering-incomplete promotional funds are forfeited. Real-money balances in verified accounts may be returned to the Player following completion of any investigation, at 8k8k's sole discretion, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting 8k8k support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days, and any remaining real-money balance is refunded to the Player's verified withdrawal method.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the 8k8k platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Players should submit disputes in writing to 8k8k's support team, providing full details of the disputed matter and any supporting evidence.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days of written submission, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or administrative bodies of the Philippines having jurisdiction over such matters.

14 Amendments to These Terms

8k8k reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 8k8k will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice within the platform upon login. The effective date of any amendment will be clearly indicated at the top of the updated Terms document.

Your continued use of the 8k8k platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended provision, you must cease using the platform and contact 8k8k support to request Account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 8k8k recommends checking the Terms page at least quarterly, particularly during periods of significant regulatory change in the Philippine gaming sector.
